Role Overview

As the Director of Marketing , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and scalability of B2B solutions. You will be responsible for establishing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and ultimately increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in growth marketing, capable of building the marketing function from scratch and leading it to achieve ambitious business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and management of corporate events to bolster market presence and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Growth Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan aligned with the company’s ARR goals.
    • Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure success.
    • Identify and optimize marketing channels (e.g., digital, email, content, social media) to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
    • Implement growth hacking techniques and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
    • Campaign Management:
      • Design, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
      • Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising to increase online visibility and attract high-quality leads.
    • Lead Nurturing:
      • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into paying customers.
  3. Event Planning and Management
    • Identify key industry events, conferences, that provide opportunities for brand exposure and lead generation.
  4. Digital Marketing and Analytics
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance digital marketing strategies continuously.
