At Enke, you’ll be working for a family-run business that has stood for quality, reliability and a genuine connection to the trades for over 100 years.

- Providing assistance on construction sites and with product-specific requirements
- Supporting our in-house and field technical teams at trade fairs, in-house exhibitions and training sessions
- A secure job with opportunities for development
- Openness to your suggestions, a decision-making culture and short lines of communication
- Performance-related pay, good employee benefits (holiday pay and Christmas bonus)
- An excellent working atmosphere characterised by mutual respect and a sense of team spirit
- Enjoy working as part of a medium-sized and, at times, unconventional team
- A strong team spirit, resilience and flexibility, even when requirements change
- Professional experience working on roofs
Since 1924, Enke has been synonymous with systematic waterproofing. In Düsseldorf, we develop and manufacture durable liquid polymer solutions for roofs, balconies, terraces, floors and building details. Our products are used wherever safe, tried-and-tested and consistently reliable solutions are required.
As an independent family-run business, we take a long-term view: in our relationships, our sense of responsibility and our commitment to quality. This applies just as much to our products as it does to our team. For us, experience, reliability and a positive working atmosphere are what count. We take a down-to-earth, solution-oriented approach and are committed to doing things really well.
Anyone who works at Enke becomes part of a company with a history, a strong ethos and a bright future. We look forward to welcoming people who think for themselves, roll up their sleeves and want to make a difference alongside us.
