Your Mission:
Join us disrupting the international energy trading market!
Join us as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager and play a key role in transforming how energy traders work. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop user-centric data solutions, generate actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making. By leveraging BI tools and analytical expertise, you will help shape strategy, optimize operations, and enhance reporting capabilities. What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, challenging and refining requests to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional data projects , providing insights that drive strategy, improve efficiency, and support executive decision-making.
- Develop, design and deliver user-centric data products , incl. dashboards, reports, and visualizations, to drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by working closely with Data Engineering to maintain high-quality pipelines and databases.
- Deliver data-based insights to business problems from any department to fully enable our organization to make data-based decisions.
Who you are:
- 3-4+ years of experience in business intelligence, ideally in a startup, tech, or software environment
- Proficient in SQL for writing and optimizing queries
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau & Preset. Power BI, Looker, or QuickSight also acceptable
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder needs, expectations, and priorities
- Strong ability to connect BI insights with business strategy and collaborate across teams
- Knowledge of data analysis, ideally with Python or R; experience with regression analytics and working with data scientists is a plus
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and processes
- Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
