Job Description

Developing and implementing marketing strategies for F&B outlets in close collaboration with local F&B partners

Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the hotel

Ensuring a consistent and professional brand appearance for the hotel and F&B outlets in line with corporate design guidelines

Overseeing all in-house guest communications, including print materials and social media

Planning, organizing, and executing press, influencer, and customer events in collaboration with the Sales Manager

Managing and negotiating sponsorships, advertising partnerships, and brand representation at events

Building and maintaining relationships with PR and media contacts

Independently creating engaging photo, video, and written content in German and English for newsletters and social media, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style

Qualifications

• You have already demonstrated professional experience and team leadership skills in a similar role in marketing and speak good English
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate at it
• You are a do'er - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
• You not only bring your skills with you, but also your character
