ppContext /p pAs part of the reinforcement of the Process Safety team at an industrial site located in bGeneva, Switzerland /b, we are looking for a bProcess Safety Engineer (H/F) /b to contribute to the management of risks associated with chemical processes and to the safety of industrial operations. /p pReporting to the bHSE / Process Safety Department /b, you will work in a demanding industrial environment and provide technical support to Production, Maintenance and Engineering teams. /p pYour role will focus on preventing major accidents, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and continuously improving the site's process safety performance. /p pAs a bProcess Safety Engineer /b, you will act as a technical expert on process safety-related topics. /p pYou will contribute to the identification, assessment and mitigation of process risks across existing facilities, technical modifications and new projects. /p pYou will work closely with bEHS, Engineering, Production and Maintenance teams /b, as well as with external stakeholders and local authorities when required. /p h3Vos missions /h3 pResponsibilities /p ul libProcess Risk Analysis /b ul liConduct and update process risk assessments, including bHAZOP, What-If and LOPA /b studies. /li liIdentify potential risk scenarios and recommend appropriate prevention and protection measures. /li liContribute to safety studies for existing facilities and new projects. /li /ul /li libThermal Safety Technical Analysis /b ul liInterpret thermal safety test results such as bDSC, C80 and RC1 /b. /li liIdentify appropriate solutions to mitigate risks associated with chemical reactions and industrial processes. /li liAnalyze complex technical data and provide clear recommendations. /li /ul /li libEngineering Industrial Projects /b ul liParticipate in design reviews of equipment and industrial installations. /li liContribute to investment projects and facility modifications from a Process Safety perspective. /li liEnsure that safety requirements are considered throughout the design process. /li /ul /li libManagement of Change Compliance /b ul liParticipate in bManagement of Change (MOC) /b processes. /li liAssess the Process Safety impact of technical changes and verify compliance with applicable requirements. /li liSupport the implementation and monitoring of Process Safety standards in line with the company's EHS policy. /li /ul /li libOperational Maintenance Support /b ul liProvide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams on Process Safety matters. /li liProvide expertise on topics such as binerting, pressure, temperature and chemical compatibility /b. /li liSupport teams in implementing Process Safety best practices. /li /ul /li libAudits, Regulations Safety Studies /b ul liParticipate in regulatory compliance audits and inspections. /li liContribute to bQuantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) /b, explosion protection studies and other safety assessments. /li liSupport compliance with applicable Process Safety standards and regulations. /li /ul /li libTraining Awareness /b ul liTrain and raise awareness among employees on Process Safety principles and best practices. /li liPromote a strong Process Safety culture across the site. /li liCommunicate regulatory and technical requirements to relevant stakeholders. /li /ul /li /ul h3Vos compétences /h3 pYour profile /p ul liMaster's degree or engineering degree in bChemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field /b. /li liMinimum b5 years of experience /b in Process Safety within a chemical or pharmaceutical industrial environment. /li liProven experience conducting Process Safety studies. /li liStrong knowledge of bHAZOP, LOPA, SIL and ATEX /b methodologies. /li liGood knowledge of international Process Safety standards such as bAPI, CCPS, IEC 61511 and SEVESO /b. /li liAbility to read and interpret bPIDs, process flow diagrams and equipment specifications /b. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical information. /li liExcellent communication and training skills. /li liTeam-oriented, proactive and able to work independently. /li libFluent French /b and good btechnical English /b, particularly for reading and writing international HSE documentation. /li /ul h3Avantages /h3 pPosition conditions /p ul libLocation: Geneva, Switzerland /b /li libEmployment rate: 100% /b /li libStart date: To be defined /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
