pAs part of the development of advanced communication products designed for demanding aerospace environments, our client is strengthening its Product Development team in Lausanne. /p pWe are looking for a bSenior Mechanical Engineer (M/F) /b to contribute to the design and development of highly integrated mechanical systems, working at the intersection of mechanical engineering, electronics, thermal management and system integration. /p pYou will be involved throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept development and architecture definition through design, validation and manufacturing. /p pAs a bSenior Mechanical Engineer /b, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex mechanical solutions meeting demanding requirements in terms of performance, reliability, size, weight and environmental conditions. /p pYou will contribute to system-level architecture and technical trade-offs while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams. /p pYou will play a key role in transforming early-stage concepts into validated and manufacturable products. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liDrive requirements, architecture definition and technical trade-offs. /li liDesign and develop highly integrated mechanical assemblies and components. /li liDevelop and rapidly evaluate concepts during early project phases. /li liCreate parametric CAD designs for complex mechanical systems. /li /ul h3Thermal Management Simulation /h3 ul liPerform thermal simulations and contribute to thermal management strategies. /li liDevelop electronic cooling solutions adapted to demanding operating environments. /li liConsider the specific constraints associated with aerospace and space applications. /li liWork closely with Systems, Hardware, RF, Optical, Manufacturing and Test Engineering teams. /li liContribute to the integration of mechanical, electrical, RF and optical subsystems. /li liParticipate in system-level architecture decisions and technical trade-offs. /li liTake a hands-on approach to prototyping, assembly and integration. /li liParticipate in product testing and validation activities. /li liSupport the transition from engineering concepts to production-ready solutions. /li liApply Design-for-Manufacturing principles throughout the development process. /li liWork with external suppliers, manufacturing partners and test facilities. /li liEnsure successful product realization and manufacturing feasibility. /li liDocument technical solutions, analyses and test findings. /li liPrepare clear and concise technical reports. /li liCommunicate engineering recommendations effectively in an international environment. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. /li liSignificant experience in mechanical product development and design. /li liStrong expertise in parametric CAD design. /li liSolid experience in thermal simulations and thermal management of electronic systems. /li liExperience with system-level architectures involving mechanical, electrical, RF and/or optical disciplines. /li liExperience developing products for harsh operating environments. /li liExperience in baerospace, space or satellite applications /b is a strong advantage. /li liHands-on experience with prototyping, assembly, integration and testing. /li liGood understanding of manufacturing processes and Design-for-Manufacturing principles. /li liExperience with tools such as bSolidWorks, Ansys Mechanical, Discovery, Icepak and/or Mathcad /b. /li liStrong technical documentation and communication skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken. /li liAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international environment. /li libSalary: /b CHF 100,000 – 140,000 gross/year, depending on profile and experience /li /ul pThe ENOVA recruitment process generally consists of several steps: /p ul liAn initial video interview (Teams) to discuss your background and introduce ENOVA. /li liA second interview with an ENOVA manager. /li liAn interview with the client's technical teams. /li liA final discussion to formalize the collaboration. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
