ENPULSION is looking for an
IT Administrator
(f/m/x) to join our Digital Technologies department. In this role, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous development of our entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. You will install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux systems, manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access rights, and ensure a secure and stable IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support, maintenance, and further development of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud services).
Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows and Linux systems.
Management of Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access rights.
Ensuring IT security (firewalls, endpoint security, patch management, monitoring).
Planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, automation).
Documentation of systems, processes, and security policies.
Collaboration with external service providers and internal departments.
Type of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 3.893,09 gross per month on a full‑time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment of EUR 4.500-5.000 depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
Your profile
Education in the IT field (e.g., HTL) and solid, hands‑on IT experience from daily operations.
At least 5 years of experience in system administration.
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
Experience with Linux systems is an advantage.
Good understanding of IT security and backup strategies.
Structured, solution‑oriented way of working and strong service mindset.
Good English language knowledge, knowledge of German language is a plus.
Interest in high‑tech environments and space technology.
