- What you'll be doing
- Lead enterprise architecture end to end, from pre-sales through delivery and adoption.
- Chair governance and hold delivery to the standards that protect long term value.
- Own the value framework for every engagement: baseline it, track it, prove it.
- Set strategic direction on AI, automation and agentic architecture.
- Advise C-level clients across pharma, manufacturing and beyond.
- Act as the senior enterprise architecture voice for the German market.
What we're looking for
- Enterprise architecture leadership on large transformations, pre-sales through delivery, with quantified outcomes.
- A track record building and applying value realisation frameworks, not just target-state diagrams.
- Deep, applied command of TOGAF and lifecycle governance in complex environments.
- A genuine strategic grasp of AI, automation and agentic architecture.
- Native or business-fluent German plus fluent English.
