About the Role
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will be responsible for coordinating relevant projects across 8 countries, supporting growth initiatives, social media, internal comms and events, local deliverables, website updates including blogs, monitoring KPIs, and generating reports on initiatives.
The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with a remote manager and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Work with local agencies to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Work closely with other functions and regions to deliver growth.
- Support roll-out of marketing projects and initiatives driven centrally.
- Support content and best practice sharing.
- Help maintain and update the website.
- Support in-country marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Entry level graduate
Required Skills:
- Behavioural competencies: agile, creative, articulate, results driven.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Native English and German are required, additional languages of French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch are a plus.
