You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design, present, and deliver impactful automation solutions. This role blends hands‑on technical work with strategic engagement — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business value, and customer experience. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Pre‑Sales Technical Enablement /h3ulliPartner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI automation solutions using Enterprise Bot’s platform. /liliDeliver compelling product demos, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and presentations that clearly communicate technical and business value. /liliLead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans. /li /ulh3Solution Design Delivery /h3ulliTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures. /liliCollaborate with Engineering teams during pilots and implementations to ensure seamless technical delivery. /liliProvide technical validation and support during critical phases of the sales cycle. /liliBuild trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor throughout the engagement. /liliEnsure customer success by proactively identifying risks and helping resolve technical challenges. /liliBe available to support key customer engagements or escalations when necessary. /li /ulh3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3ulliWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback. /liliContribute to technical enablement materials, training sessions, and playbooks to strengthen overall sales effectiveness. /liliAdvocate for customer needs within the organization and help improve solution delivery processes. /li /ulh3Thought Leadership Market Engagement /h3ulliRepresent Enterprise Bot at industry events, webinars, and conferences. /liliStay up to date on AI automation trends, cloud technologies, and emerging best practices in the B2B SaaS landscape. /liliContribute to positioning Enterprise Bot as a trusted technology partner and thought leader in intelligent automation. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). /lili5+ years of experience in Pre‑Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level. /liliProven track record in B2B SaaS or AI‑automation environments (experience with conversational AI, RPA, or cloud-based automation is a strong plus). /liliExperience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must. /liliAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. /liliNative‑level proficiency in German/Swiss‑German is required, along with strong English communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
