Tasks
As a Senior Solutions Engineer , you’ll act as the technical backbone of our sales and customer engagement process. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design, present, and deliver impactful automation solutions.

- Collaborate with Engineering teams during pilots and implementations to ensure seamless technical delivery.
- Provide technical validation and support during critical phases of the sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor throughout the engagement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback.
- Contribute to technical enablement materials, training sessions, and playbooks to strengthen overall sales effectiveness.
- Stay
to date on AI automation trends, cloud technologies, and emerging best practices in the B2B SaaS landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Pre‑Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI‑automation environments (experience with conversational AI, RPA, or cloud-based automation is a strong plus).
- Native‑level proficiency in German/Swiss‑German is required, along with strong English communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across technical and business stakeholders. Proficiency in French and Spanish is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, etc.). /Salesforce, HubSpot). /
