Entirely is creating the first AI-native operating system for marketing — a platform that allows enterprise teams to orchestrate campaigns, channels and content with unprecedented automation, personalization and control.
Headquartered in Switzerland, we work with portfolio companies, strategic technology partners and leading academic institutions to address one of the biggest challenges in enterprise tech today: the fragmentation and complexity of the marketing stack.
Join our dedicated hub for AI innovation, where bold ideas are tested, breakthrough capabilities are developed and emerging research is translated into enterprise-ready solutions. In close collaboration with core business units and universities such as ETH Zurich, we move from rapid prototypes to production pilots that redefine how global marketing teams operate.
We are now hiring a Head of Agentic Marketing Lab to build and scale our customer co-creation motion: turning real enterprise marketing problems into production-grade agentic workflows on the Entirely platform. You will work hands‑on with senior marketing and technology stakeholders on the customer side, and in tight partnership with our engineering team (including forward‑deployed engineers) to deliver pilots that are measurable, governable, and ready to expand.
This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market and delivery: you will sell and run workshops, shape scoped pilots, and convert successful co-creation work into repeatable playbooks, references and expansion opportunities.
Your Mission
- Own the Agentic Marketing Lab as a repeatable offering and continuously improve it based on what works in the field
- Be a role model for agentic marketing and inspire customer teams to adopt an agentic operating model (not just a set of AI tools)
- Drive customer discovery and workshop delivery: map current marketing operations, identify high-leverage use cases and define measurable outcomes
- Translate customer problems into pilot scopes, and define workflows, guardrails, success criteria, stakeholders, timelines and responsibilities
- Drive co‑creation projects end‑to‑end with forward‑deployed engineers from kickoff to live pilot to measured results
- Establish how agentic performance is measured by defining KPI trees, baseline comparisons, adoption signals and reliability metrics
- Turn delivery into GTM assets, e.g. customer stories, reference architectures, case studies, ROI narratives and repeatable demo flows
- Build reusable playbooks including workshop agendas, templates, use‑case scoring
- Enable scale via partners and develop training materials, enablement programs and a certification track so our partners can run similar engagements
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise‑facing work in one (or more) of: management consulting, MarTech/marketing ops consulting, solutions engineering, transformation programs or product implementation
- Strong fluency in marketing operations: campaign planning/execution, content & asset workflows, localisation, approvals, compliance, and the realities of multi‑tool stacks
- Proven ability to run structured workshops with senior stakeholders and to turn ambiguity into clear scopes, decisions, and next steps
- Commercial mindset: comfortable selling workshops/retainers, qualifying opportunities, and owning delivery success that drives expansion
- Technical literacy: you can partner deeply with engineers and customer IT (APIs, data flows, permissions, governance), even if you are not the primary implementer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex agentic concepts without hand‑wav ing
- High ownership and pragmatism: you move projects forward, unblock decisions and maintain scope discipline
- Willing to travel to customer sites as needed and collaborate regularly with the team on‑site in Zurich
- Experience enabling SIs/partners (playbooks, training, QA) is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
