We are looking for an experienced, hands-on P&O leader to take overall HR responsibility for an international IT organization of approximately 300-400 employees. This role combines global P&O leadership (around 50%) with hands-on HR Business Partner work (around 50%).
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the international P&O team, setting clear priorities and supporting strong delivery.
- Act as HR Business Partner for a defined business area, advising leaders on people and organizational topics.
- Manage employee relations and employment-law matters.
- Drive talent, performance, compensation and organizational development initiatives.
- Support international change and transformation projects.
- Develop and continuously improve global HR processes and standards.
- Work closely with senior management on people-related and organizational topics.
Job Requirements:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, with a specialization in HR Management
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner
- Proven experience leading an international HR team
- Ideally, experience in the IT, software or technology sector
- A hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented approach
