This role combines global PO leadership (around 50%) with hands‑on HR Business Partner work (around 50%).Location: (Munich or Baar)Job ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the international PO team, setting clear priorities and supporting strong delivery.Act as HR Business Partner for a defined business area, advising leaders on people and organizational topics.Manage employee relations and employment‑law matters.Drive talent, performance, compensation and organizational development initiatives.Support international change and transformation projects.Develop and continuously improve global HR processes and standards.Work closely with senior management on people‑related and organizational topics.Job Requirements:A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, with a specialization in HR ManagementAt least 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business PartnerProven experience leading an international HR teamIdeally, experience in the IT, software or technology sectorA hands‑on, pragmatic and business‑oriented approachFluent German and EnglishWilling to travel 30 % #J-18808-Ljbffr
