Notary Clerk / Real Estate-Lawyer - Companies 80-100% FR/ENG - m/f

Dynamic Geneva notary office is looking for a clerk/lawyer in Swiss law to support its activity.In close collaboration with the notary in managing routine deeds, the candidate will be required to independently draft deeds and administrative and legal documents according to the instructions of the notary or stakeholders in the field of real estate and companies. Job responsibilities:You will carry out the constitution and follow-up of files in their entirety;You will be responsible for preparing deeds by gathering administrative, technical, and legal documents in the commercial field of companies and real estate;You will be required to ensure telephone follow-up and correspondence with clients.
