Entrix is a Munich-based start-up, our intelligence enables the energy transition and unlocks the full value of flexible energy assets such as large batteries and VPPs. And therefore, we need you: Technical Growth and Operations Lead (d/f/m), reporting to the CTO. Your role is to accelerate the delivery, streamline research and development and support the growth and operations of and across all tech teams. The role spans the Entrix and Flexa engineering organization.

- Salary Range: € 85.000 – 115.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

Your Responsibilities
- Enable the tech team’s growth and delivery performance by improving processes and communication within and across teams and Entrix, Flexa and Enpal
- Ensure org structure and processes are aligned across teams and companies, and evolve with our growing organization
- Own the tech team’s growth plan, hiring process in alignment with the tech leadership team
- Lead the technical recruiting efforts and team and drive employer branding to attract highly skilled SW Engineers and Data Scientists
- Own the way of working model, drive decision making in the product leadership team and ensure consistent, transparent communication of current plans and decisions to the whole organization
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased effectiveness and responsiveness in implementing changes to processes and way of working
- Support the CTO in all operational aspects of running the development organizations and special projects aligned with the executive and / or product leadership teams
Your Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor\’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related tech field
- 5+ years working experience in a Software and/or Data Science development environment and 3+ years project leadership experience
- Experience in strategic technical cross team coordination and leadership
- Strong drive to bring the team to excellence
Skills to Set You Apart
- Energy Trading and / or IoT Solution Experience
- Ability to identify and track complex dependencies across multiple internal and external teams

- Senior Manager at Tesla (2015–2018): Led the charge in developing cutting-edge energy storage systems and seamless mobile experiences.
- VP of Product Development at NES Corporation (2014–2015): Helped launch a new company and product line, disrupting grid digitalization.
- Echelon Corporation: Spent six years driving innovation in grid modernization and smart metering, from product management to development leadership.
- Hewlett Packard: Before diving into energy, I spent over a decade refining enterprise software solutions.
Having spent most of my career in Silicon Valley, I bring a mindset that’s all about pushing boundaries, moving fast, and creating meaningful impact. Now based in Munich, I apply that same energy to building teams and driving innovation here in Europe.
