For our EnviroFALK branch in Jena, we are looking for a Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Are you service-oriented, at home in a technical environment and looking for a varied job in the field? Would you like to do your bit to ensure that the valuable resource of water is used sustainably? Then you are right in the middle of it with our water treatment systems! As a service technician for water treatment plants (m/f/d) you will support our customers in the greater Jena area with your solution-oriented way of working.
Responsibilities
- Customer satisfaction and service quality are your top priorities, so it goes without saying that you carry out your work on site quickly, competently and in a customer-friendly manner.
- As a service technician, you are responsible for technical customer support: From installation and inspection to maintenance and repair, you will ensure the smooth operation of our water treatment systems.
- You will also commission third-party systems and carry out maintenance.
- You are responsible for system cleaning and disinfection.
- You are also a competent contact person for construction meetings. You instruct our customers in the system technology and carry out training courses.
Your profile
- You have a technically oriented vocational training in the field of electrical engineering such as electrician, energy system electronics technician, mechatronics technician or heating and plumbing installer with knowledge of electrical engineering/control technology .
- Perhaps you already have some knowledge of water treatment?
- You are highly self-motivated, persistent and enjoy actively supervising projects.
- You have an independent and structured way of working and are characterized by a customer-oriented manner.
