For our EnviroFALK branch in Bielefeld, we are looking for a sales representative (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Do you advise and sell out of conviction? Are you curious and competent? Would you like to ensure that the valuable resource of water is used sustainably? Then you are in the right place with our water treatment systems!

The special attraction: our tasks are varied and offer a great deal of freedom. You will also have the opportunity to develop into a leading expert in the highly interesting area of water treatment. We also round off our product portfolio with a comprehensive range of services.

  • Provide competent technical application advice to help customers achieve the best results with our water treatment systems.
  • Identify the right solutions for our process water technology for every requirement through intensive training.
  • Collaborate with sales and development teams.
  • Engage with decision-makers from industry, hospitals, and laboratories, whom you acquire and support in a targeted manner.
  • Create analyses, concepts, and strategies for acquiring new customers and increasing sales.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from determining requirements to preparing individual quotations, including system design, costing, and order negotiations.
  • Enjoy being on-site with customers, continuously expanding your network and representing EnviroFALK at customer events and trade fairs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed a degree in process engineering, environmental engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • Alternatively, technical training with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in the sale of capital goods or chemical products is a plus.
  • Passion for selling, high advisory skills, and strong affinity for innovative technology.
  • Proficient in modern EDP and IT systems (ERP, MS Office).
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written, fluent in German and able to work in English.
  • Highly self-motivated, persistent, and enjoy actively supervising projects.
  • Independent worker and enthusiastic team player.
