About You
You will possess a strong background and professional experience in ESG and Climate, with a proven track record in management consultancy and advisory. Your expertise will lie in sales and business development, with a successful history of originating sales in the ESG and Climate Advisory space, with corporate as well as finance sector clients and their investment portfolios. Drawing from your extensive experience in ESG and Climate consulting, you will capitalize on existing client relationships and networks while forging new ones to drive our business forward. Your unique combination of strategic vision, technical prowess, and commercial acumen sets you apart as an ideal candidate for this pivotal role.

Role Profile
As an ESG and Sustainability Advisory Partner, you will provide inspirational leadership, rallying teams across all levels to execute our regional growth strategy. Your primary responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Business Development
- Cultivate and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on ESG and Climate matters.
- Drive business development efforts, identify opportunities, and lead client pursuits to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for ESG and Climate advisory services.
- Collaborate with partners and teams across the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
ESG Advisory Leadership
- Provide visionary leadership in the ESG and Climate Advisory space, staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging topics like Nature and Water.
- Look beyond compliance and focus on business improvement and value creation when developing and implementing ESG/Climate Strategies.
- Support the development and execute a comprehensive strategy for ESG and Climate services, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall objectives.
ESG Sustainability Expertise
- Leverage own and ERM’s deep expertise in ESG and Climate to provide high-quality advisory services to clients.
- Advise clients on ESG and Climate reporting, strategy, value creation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay up to date with global ESG and Climate standards and frameworks, ensuring our services align with evolving market expectations.
Thought Leadership and Brand Building
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership in the ESG and Climate space through publications, speaking engagements, and industry events.
- Build and enhance the firm’s reputation as a leader in ESG and Climate advisory services.
Team Development and Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in developing their technical skills, industry knowledge, and client relationship management.
