Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training, preferably with relevant professional experience in sales
• A feel for numbers and an interest in detailed work
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally SAGE100
• Independent and cross-departmental work
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills

Your responsibilities:

• Entering and maintaining customer orders in the ERP system
• Creating and sending order confirmations and delivery documents
• Conducting customer and sales talks
• Planning and scheduling the order backlog in the ERP system
• Evaluation and preparation of regular reports for sales management
• Document storage
