In this role, you will act as the technical counterpart to our Product Head, ensuring that complex deliverables are met on time and with precision. /p pWe are looking for someone with the executive presence and professionalism to engage directly with senior management, but who is hands-on enough to not mind doing the essential legwork - taking detailed tracking notes, prepping emails, and chasing down action items. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong foundation in finance and/or technology, this is the role for you. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive Execution: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are strictly tracked and met. /li liTechnical Product Partnership: Act as the technical lead on the project, partnering seamlessly with the Product Head to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. /li liStakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly and professionally to senior managers and executives. /li liRun the Cadence: Establish and maintain a weekly project cadence. This includes preparing and sending pre-meeting emails, facilitating meetings, taking detailed notes, and relentlessly following up on action items. /li liMaintain Order: Keep project tracking tools, documentation, and milestones highly organized with an unwavering attention to detail. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBackground: Proven experience as a (Technical) Project Manager or similar role within the Technology and/or Finance sectors. /li liProject Juggling: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without letting details slip. /li liThe Right Balance: Senior enough to confidently speak to and advise senior management, yet junior/hands-on enough to execute the daily administrative project tasks (notes, scheduling, tracking). /li liExceptional Organization: Unmatched attention to detail and a proactive approach to following up on action items. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) /h3 ul liConsulting Experience: Background in top-tier management or IT consulting (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, etc.). /li liIndustry Knowledge: Experience in banking or financial services. While our current focus is consumer lending, experience in Wealth Management is highly desired. /li liProduct Mindset: A strong "product brain" - the ability to think strategically about what we are building, rather than just tracking the tasks to build it. /li liLanguage Skills: Proficiency in German is a bonus, though English is the only strict requirement. /li /ul h3Engagement Details /h3 pThis position is available as either a temporary 3-month contract (to see the current POC through to the end of the year) or as a full-time role for the right candidate.
