If you combine strong IT leadership with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach and enjoy delivering complex transformation programmes while developing high‑performing teams, this is your opportunity.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Organisational LeadershipFull responsibility for the German IT Applications organisationLeadership, development and performance management of IT teamsClose alignment with global IT to ensure group-wide standards and complianceERP Transformation & DigitalisationLead the German application workstreams within the ERP transformation programmeDrive process harmonisation, solution design, system testing and data migrationOwn change management activities to ensure successful business adoptionIntroduce and integrate digital tools such as customer portals and workflow automationCybersecurity & Compliance (NIS2)Lead implementation and continuous improvement of NIS2 compliance measuresOversee risk management, governance structures and incident response processesEnsure regular security assessments and awareness trainingMaintain compliance with group-wide IT security standardsOperational ExcellenceAnalyse and optimise business processes to increase efficiency and transparencyDrive digitisation initiatives across core functionsStakeholder & M&A ManagementAct as the key interface between business units, IT and implementation partnersProvide IT leadership during acquisitions, including due diligence and system integrationYour ProfileDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification10 to 15 years of experience in IT, ideally within an international mid‑sized or corporate environmentProven leadership experience with responsibility for teams and budgetsStrong background in ERP transformation projects.
