Your Mission

1. Develop and lead our product portfolio vision and strategy, fostering innovation within our product management team.
2. Engineer tailored solutions aligned with EOS focus markets, ensuring impactful products.
3. Establish clear product requirements that highlight value and differentiate our offerings.
4. Collaborate on the product roadmap with program management and stakeholders.
5. Drive market positioning of the polymer portfolio through effective go-to-market strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.

Your Talents

• Completed technical studies (e.g., mechanical, electrical, computer, industrial engineering) with additional business qualification.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in serial manufacturing, especially as a product manager in a solution business within a B2B environment.
• Experience in Additive Manufacturing is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of product management tools and methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional, virtual teams and implementing corrective measures for innovative solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills, familiarity with modern organizational structures, and fluency in German and English.
