Overview
In this role you will lead data center infrastructure deployments across enterprise, hyperscale, and colocation environments. You’ll own end-to-end implementation activities, from planning to handover, working with engineering, operations, logistics, and partners to ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-quality deployments. You will drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and standards in fast-paced, mission-critical settings. This is an opportunity to shape scalable data center projects within a global IT services context.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead on-site execution plan and ensure safety and clear communication across teams
- Perform inspections and quality checks to meet delivery standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of tasks, work orders, and issues
- Provide technical direction and coordinate with vendor teams to resolve issues
- Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage for vendor personnel
- Act as liaison among site leads, technicians, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders (Google)
- Manage site access and LDAP activations for security and operations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years delivering data center, infrastructure, or technical implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, rack integration, cabling, network, power, cooling, and physical infrastructure
- Experience with complex deployments in enterprise, colocation, cloud, or hyperscale environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced settings
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
