Your Mission
You will take ownership of the content and continuous development of our existing service products. This includes supporting the implementation of maintenance strategies, keeping maintenance plans and parts lists accurate, testing new versions, and making updates directly in Excel and SAP. You will make sure our internal teams and external customers receive the right service product information at the right time, in the right quality and format. You will maintain product data, pricing and quotation configurations across SAP, Salesforce and other systems, while supporting our service products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will turn data into practical improvements by creating reports and analyses, identifying optimisation opportunities, and exploring how technologies such as artificial intelligence can make our processes smarter and more efficient.
Your Talents
- Successfully completed technical training with a focus on mechatronics/electrical engineering, or successfully completed studies in a technical field
- First professional experience in technical after-sales support, with maintenance processes or service products, or similar
- Practical knowledge in working with SAP (Customer Service Module), Excel, as well as Artificial Intelligence tools
- Very good written and spoken English skills: German is a plus
