We are searching for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results-driven Cloud Engagement Leader to join EPAM’s rapidly growing Microsoft Business Group, focusing on Insurance clients in Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. In this senior leadership, revenue-owning role, you will manage the Microsoft business within your assigned portfolio.This position involves close collaboration with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders and client executives to drive cloud-enabled transformation in the Insurance industry. You will initiate, shape, close and expand Microsoft cloud transformation engagements across priority accounts, guiding clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies.This role requires you to take ownership of bookings and revenue closure while serving as a strategic coordinator across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to ensure sustainable, scalable growth.Above all, you will manage your portfolio as a business — taking a proactive approach and holding yourself accountable for performance. You will combine strong business development instincts with solution credibility, guiding clients through their Microsoft modernization journeys, building executive relationships and promoting best practices across co-selling, co-delivery and cloud engagement methodologies.ResponsibilitiesOwn bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagementsLead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuringExecute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovationBuild trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partnerCollaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motionsLeverage Microsoft programs and funding (e.g., ECIF) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closureShape strategic cloud transformation deals, including architecture oversight and executive messagingLead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies for high-value programsAlign closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growthContribute to Insurance GTM campaigns, Microsoft-aligned accelerators and industry-focused offeringsMentor client partners and teams in Microsoft co-sell best practices and partner-led sellingRequirements10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation, with Microsoft cloud experience5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management roles tied to aggressive revenue targetsProven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals with measurable resultsStrong understanding of Microsoft Azure, application modernization, data and AI platformsFamiliarity with Microsoft co-sell programs, incentive structures and partner engagement modelsAbility to position solutions credibly in regulated Insurance environmentsExcellent stakeholder management, commercial negotiation skills and communication capabilitiesExperience operating in matrixed organizations and partner-led ecosystemsWillingness to travel up to 25–50%Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredWe offer5 weeks of vacationEPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Enhanced parental leaveExtended pension planDaily sickness allowance insuranceEmployee assistance programGlobal business travel medical and accident insuranceLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and coursesPlease note that any offers will be subject to appropriate background checksWe do not accept CVs from recruiting or staffing agenciesFor this position, we are able to consider applications from the following:Swiss nationalsEU/EFTA nationalsThird-country nationals based in Switzerland with an appropriate work permitDisplaced people from Ukraine who are currently in Switzerland and hold, or have already applied for, S permits #J-18808-Ljbffr
