We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – Data (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich, Germany, in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will focus on driving EPAM’s Data growth across the DACH market. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key Data partners and collaborate with internal teams to increase our market presence. This position provides the opportunity to shape business impact through strategic go-to-market initiatives and innovative partner programs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities in collaboration with data partners within target marketsBuild and manage a pipeline of prospects via networking, outreach and joint GTM campaignsExecute EPAM–partner co-sell initiatives to create and close joint opportunities efficientlyLeverage partner relationships to accelerate lead generation and revenue growthDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced business through structured programs and account mappingLead joint business reviews and ensure execution of co-sell motions and growth plansRepresent EPAM at partner events and industry activities to increase awareness and market penetrationEnable internal business development teams with partner offerings, co-sell plays and incentivesEngage directly with clients to lead value-based conversations and close dealsDesign and maintain sales assets such as co-sell playbooks and tailored value propositionsRequirements8+ years of experience in partner sales, business development or alliance roles focused on data or cloud solutionsWritten and spoken fluency in German and EnglishDemonstrated track record of pipeline creation and closing new accountsStrong understanding of leading Data platforms and associated partner frameworksEstablished network within key data and cloud ecosystems to leverage for business growthExperience creating and executing joint business plans with measurable KPIsStrong analytical capability for pipeline reporting, partner ROI and performance trackingProven skills in negotiation, communication and executive-level relationship buildingResults-oriented mindset with ability to work independently on revenue and growth objectivesExperience in managing contractual workflows and client value engagementsNice to haveKnowledge of data partner ecosystems including commercial programs and co-sell mechanicsFamiliarity with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and adjacent partner ecosystemsBackground in developing co-sell strategies and enablement materialsExperience with enterprise procurement and contracting processesUnderstanding of advanced analytics or AI/ML solutions and industry trendsPrevious experience in global or regional GTM strategy for large-scale alliancesFamiliarity with pipeline planning using CRMs and partner attribution toolsExposure to incentive structures, ROI tracking and compliance frameworksStrong conceptual knowledge of data engineering, storage and modern architecturesExperience facilitating executive-level partner governance sessionsWe offer30 days holiday per annumCompany Pension SchemeRegular performance assessmentsDiscount on Fitness-First Black Membershipbitkom - Corporate BenefitsEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) (subject to certain eligibility requirements)Learning and development opportunities, including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and coursesFriendly and enjoyable working teamRegular corporate and social eventsFlexible and remote working opportunitiesAward-winning workplace: Great Place To Work certified in 2026, Kununu (Top Company 2022–2026), NewWork Business Award 2025 for outstanding culture, innovation and employee satisfaction.
