Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple client initiatives in the Romandie region from Geneva, ensuring scope, quality, budget and timelines are met. You will build trust-based client relationships and drive delivery excellence while enabling AI-driven practices across the software development lifecycle. You contribute to EPAM’s growth in the Swiss market by guiding complex programs and aligning delivery with strategic objectives. Verantwortungsbereiche Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives with alignment to scope, quality, budget, and timelines Establish delivery governance, pacing, and reporting for transparency and continuous improvement Apply data-driven management using KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics Lead AI adoption to enhance productivity in delivery processes Build and maintain trust-based client relationships as the main point of contact Manage risks, changes, and escalations to ensure predictable delivery Oversee financial aspects including forecasting, margin control, and cost efficiency Ensure MSAs and SOWs compliance, maintaining scope control and contractual adherence Drive staffing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management within delivery teams Collaborate with account management and technical leadership to support growth opportunities and transformation initiatives Zentrale Anforderungen Proven delivery leadership in consulting or IT services (e.g., Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Lead) Strong track record with complex projects and client stakeholder management Experience governing delivery under MSAs and SOWs, including scope and change management Understanding of data privacy and delivery obligations in technology contexts Technical exposure to enterprise environments, ERP platforms, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and system integrations Practical knowledge of SDLC with Agile and Waterfall experience Hands-on experience with AI tools (coding assistants, agentic frameworks, large language model APIs) and AI adoption in delivery Ability to quantify AI use cases and articulate value to technical and business stakeholders Strong communication and stakeholder management, fluent in English and French Familiarity with Geneva and Romandie business environment and local client expectations Experience in governance or engineering transformation using generative AI techniques Exposure to business development activities such as responding to RFPs and RFIs Strong communication Stakeholder management Cross-functional collaboration Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) ERP platforms System integrations
