We’re looking for a Director, Client Partner to join our team in Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this critical role, you will manage and grow key accounts within the Manufacturing and Automotive sector, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement account strategies within the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors to achieve client goalsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across multiple accountsDrive revenue growth by expanding existing client engagements and opening new opportunitiesCreate and manage strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and EPAM's service portfolioLead RFP responses, proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to clientsDefine engagement scope, shape solutions, forecast financials and establish effective operating models for delivery successCollaborate closely with EPAM's senior leadership, solution experts and delivery teams to design and execute integrated client strategiesRequirementsProven experience in roles such as Client Partner, Account Manager, Delivery Partner or related consulting/account leadership roles within IT servicesDemonstrated success managing client engagements in dynamic environments, delivering measurable resultsStrong understanding of digital transformation and software engineering models, with close collaboration experience alongside engineering and design teamsTrack record of growing global accounts in the Manufacturing or Automotive sectorExpertise in managing client expectations across delivery and commercial topics with confidenceEntrepreneurial mindset with P&L responsibility and ability to drive account growth through add-on salesStrong problem-solving capability combined with consulting approach to client challengesAbility to engage credibly with senior executives and influence decision-makingFluency in German and English (mandatory)Willingness to travel as neededWe offer30 days holiday per annumCompany Pension SchemeRegular performance assessments #J-18808-Ljbffr
