Overview In this role you will lead AI-driven data-application prototyping for client projects in the Zurich area, shaping rapid, intelligent prototypes to accelerate delivery. You will work closely with business and product stakeholders to turn ideas into production-ready concepts. You apply AI-native development practices, including code generation and automated testing, to accelerate build cycles. You act as the primary technical contact during early-stage development and help transfer validated prototypes into standard engineering processes. This position offers the chance to advance AI-native engineering patterns across client engagements and internal teams. Verantwortungsbereiche Work with client business and product owners to scope features and create rapid prototypes Use AI-native development including code generation and agentic coding assistants Build, refine, and deliver functional prototypes with short feedback loops Prepare validated prototypes for transfer into standard build processes with engineering teams Evaluate technical feasibility of new features using AI-native approaches Serve as primary technical contact for client teams during early-stage development Contribute AI-native engineering practices and reusable patterns to internal teams Zentrale Anforderungen 8+ years of overall experience at least 3 years in rapid prototyping or forward-deployed roles Strong proficiency in AI-native application development (code generation, agentic coding assistants) Expertise in rapid prototyping using Python Solid understanding of API design principles for new features Excellent client-facing technical communication Familiarity with Anthropic Claude or AWS AI Practitioner English B2 level or higher Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock or AgentCore Experience with LangChain or other agent-orchestration frameworks Working knowledge of Snowflake or ClickHouse Background in prompt engineering strong communication client-facing cross-functional collaboration AI-native development Python API design
