Overview
In this role, you will drive EPAM's growth in the CGP&R sector by identifying opportunities and leading client engagement for custom IT development and digital transformation programs. You work at the intersection of business strategy and technology to position EPAM as a trusted partner for scalable, future-ready solutions in commerce, supply chain and consumer experience. This hybrid role in Germany (Frankfurt, Berlin or Munich) focuses on expanding EPAM’s presence and shaping partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects. You contribute to strategic growth while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to accelerate client impact.
