We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join the System Integrations QA team, focusing on API and system integration testing. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of a QA automation solution from the ground up, aiming to establish a Gold Standard QA Automation Framework that can serve as a benchmark for other teams and units.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a robust QA automation framework for system integrations and APIs
- Collaborate with the Head of Integrations to establish and promote best practices in QA automation
- Work closely with existing QA and AQA teams providing mentorship and sharing expertise
- Build automation solutions from scratch and educate team members on modern QA concepts and methodologies
- Perform manual testing when required to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality
- Introduce and leverage AI technologies as part of modern QA ways of working enhancing automation and testing efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer ideally in system integrations and API testing
- Proficiency in Playwright JS and TypeScript
- Familiarity with AI native ways of working (Engineering SDLC etc.)
- Knowledge of automation frameworks tools and best practices
- Capability to work independently and make a significant impact within a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language is a plus)
- Background in manual testing is preferredExpertise in AI-driven QA solutions
