(Freelance) AI/LLM Agent Developer

Are you interested in using the latest AI and LLM technologies to create novel products that deliver true value to customers? Do you believe that AI is „the new mobile,“ poised to unlock a vast array of new applications and use cases? We are a small, dynamic team with extensive experience in company building working currently on several AI applications. Therefore, we are seeking technical support from an AI-passionate candidate to rapidly progress the products and swiftly iterate on new insights.

Tasks

Your task is to support and gradually take ownership of the technical development of AI-driven software products. You are co-responsible for selecting the correct frameworks that will be utilized for implementation and scoping the solution architecture. Further, you are co-responsible for implementing user-centric products that meet the needs of our clients and generate insights and learnings based on the progress to continuously improve the product development lifecycle. You will be closely involved in all product-related decisions.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in building technical products.
• You are a jack of all trades confidently navigating the full stack of software development.
• You possess a comprehensive knowledge of modern software development languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or similar.
• You are strongly interested in or have experience with current AI agent and LLM frameworks. Ideally, you have hands-on experience working with LangChain, ElizaOS, n8n, or similar technologies in previous projects.
• You are confident in deploying and managing production-ready applications, with expertise in cloud hosting, DevOps practices, and scaling infrastructure efficiently.
• You are driven by a passion for developing user-centric products that address genuine user needs.
• You thrive in an agile, dynamic, and ambitious environment that encourages creativity and novel ideas.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Fluent in English, with German language skills being a plus.
• Optional: You have interest or experience in Web3 products.
• Preferably based in Berlin.

The role is initially set up as freelance but can transition into a full-time role with significant equity ownership based on the progress of the collaboration. Regarding time availability, the role is flexible; however, it requires a minimum of 8 hours per week.
