Your mission
As a dual-role Project Manager and Lead Consultant, you will:
- Lead Implementation Projects: Manage end-to-end implementations and configurations of SAP SuccessFactors HCM, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Partner with international HR stakeholders to gather requirements, align on solutions, and ensure adoption of best practices.
- Project Management Excellence: Develop and oversee project plans, track deliverables, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, propose enhancements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document system configurations, processes, and training materials to enable smooth handovers and user training.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and SAP updates, recommending innovative features to improve outcomes.
Your profile
The ideal candidate brings a blend of project management expertise and in-depth SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, including:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or customer support, with a focus on Employee Central.
- Proficiency in key SuccessFactors modules:
- Recruiting Management/Marketing (RCM/RMK)
- Onboarding (ONB)
- Performance & Goals (P&G)
- Compensation (COMP)
- Technical familiarity with:
- SAP IAS/IPS and People Analytics
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Proven PMO capabilities and experience leading projects in complex, international environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Located in EU and fluent in German and English.
