Technical Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/t)

Responsibilities

1. System landscape transformations like HR carve-out, HR transformation, HR merger
2. Onsite client presentations of our complete SAP Add-On product portfolio
3. Technical support for the sales process with direct client contact
4. Conceptual consulting based on client requirements
5. Conception, implementation and follow-up of feasibility studies
6. Product implementation in the client’s productive system
7. Further development of our existing solutions in close cooperation with our development team

Skills Required

1. Experience in the area of HCM/HR SLO desirable
2. Essential experience of in-house consulting and development in the area of SAP HCM
3. Proficient in one or more of the following SAP HCM areas: PA, PY, PT, OM
4. Know-how in SAP implementations and, ideally, project experience
5. Willingness to travel extensively in the DACH region
6. Conversational German and English, both written and spoken
7. Strong communication and presentation skills
8. A high degree of personal responsibility, ability to work under pressure and customer focus
9. ABAP development experience is desirable
