- Main Responsibilities
- Credit worthiness reviews, check and recommendations
- Customer screening
- Credit control, customer follow up, query resolution
- Monitor compliance with credit policy
- Commissions calculation and compliance with policy
- Customer bonus calculations in line with policy
- Monitor compliance with Returns Policy
- Credit note policy compliance
- Calculation of provisions
- Internal reporting – credit control
- Support business development (LCs, bank guarantees, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business – preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, bank clerk or a degree in business administration
- Experience in domestic and international accounts receivable management
- Structured, analytical, and precise approach to work
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers
- Proficiency in common IT applications such as the MS Office suite and, ideally, experience with an ERP system
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
