What your day will look like
- Achieve revenue targets within your territory by engaging existing clients, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the Presales team to assess prospect requirements and develop technical and commercial proposals.
- Proactively nurture and develop existing customer relationships.
- Support outbound campaigns and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Outgoing, results-driven, energetic, with a strong motivation to succeed and a hunter mentality.
- Persuasive with excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and willing to step out of your comfort zone.
- Customer-focused, with a positive, flexible, problem-solving attitude; willing to travel.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; both languages are essential.
- Construction background is a plus but not mandatory.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in SaaS solutions.
Recruitment process
Initial discussion with HR in English, followed by a meeting with your future manager, then a case study presentation with the team. Successful candidates will meet the Head of Sales. We aim for a quick process, typically 2-3 weeks.
