We are supporting a pharmaceutical client on the startup and commissioning of a new process line. The role requires hands‑on experience in industrial environments, with strong exposure to FAT/SAT and on‑site commissioning activities.
6 months contract minimum.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute commissioning and startup activities of process equipment
Perform and support FAT & SAT within a pharma environment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process‑related issues during startup
Support installation, assembly, and operational readiness of the line
Analyze automation/PLC logic to identify faults
Update technical documentation throughout commissioning phases
Ensure compliance with GMP and site safety procedures
Collaborate with project team (engineering, automation, mechanical)
Required Experience
Strong experience in commissioning of industrial/process installations
Proven experience in startup of production/process lines (essential)
Background in pharmaceutical or GMP‑regulated environments
Hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting and on‑site intervention
Good understanding of automation systems (PLC reading/diagnostics)
Experience with FAT & SAT execution
