Are you an experienced Qualified Person (QP) looking to take the next step in your Quality career?
On behalf of an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Qualified Person to join a Quality organisation and take responsibility for batch certification, quality systems, and team leadership activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Qualified Person (QP) in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and certify product batches for release.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small Quality team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Quality Management System.
- Oversee and manage: Deviation Management, CAPA processes, PQRs, NPIs, Change Controls
- Act as a key Quality contact for external manufacturing partners and suppliers.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and supplier qualification activities.
- Contribute to cross-functional Quality and business improvement projects.
- Monitor and improve Quality KPIs and compliance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Person certification in accordance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Several years of experience within a GMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience working with ERP and Quality Management systems.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
