Sales Representative – Medical Devices
Region: Wuppertal West Germany
A well-established international medical technology company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its team in the West Germany region. The company specialise in advanced solutions for wound care and surgical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and marketing strategies independently within the assigned territory
- Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with hospitals, clinics, and private practices
- Provide product training and support, including in-theatre demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., surgeons, OR managers)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Represent the company at events, trainings, and conferences
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Manage consignment stock and collaborate with internal teams
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally in surgical products
- Familiarity with both clinical and outpatient healthcare environments
- Background in healthcare (e.g., MTA, OTA, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset
- Proficient in English and comfortable with digital tools
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
