Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales of medical devices within the assigned territory. Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction. Your Profile Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business-related field. Proven experience in medical device sales or territory management. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in German and English.
