As aSenior UX Writer & Translation Managerat EQS Group, you will own the voice of ourCompliance Cockpit Platformand ensure our product experience is clear, consistent, and human.You’llcollaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to write, review, and refine product copy and lead our translation and localization processes to ensure every user, regardless of language, has a first-class experience.

AsSenior UX Writer & Translation Manager, you will be the guardian of our product’s voice and tone — ensuring our copy is purposeful, helpful, and aligned across all touchpoints.You’llalso design and manage scalable translation workflows, ensuring our global users experience clarity and quality in every language.

• Craft clear, concise, and helpful UX copythat guides users and enhances product usability.
• Ensureconsistency and adherenceto our UX writing guidelines and style standards across all product teams.
• Collaborate withDesigners, Product Managers, and Engineers to co-create effective, user-centered copy.
• Deeply understand ourusers, business goals, and regulatory contextto evolve our product language over time.
• Championbest practices in UX writingand mentor teams on tone, clarity, and accessibility.
• Introduce and useAI toolstooptimizethe UX writing process, improvingefficiencyand helping PMs and Designers create better copy faster.
• Manage translationsfor the EQS platform across multiple languages, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
• Build andmaintaintranslation workflowsand tools in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
• Establishbest-in-class localization processes, managing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

THIS IS YOU

• You have5+ years of experiencein UX writing, content design, or product content strategy, ideally inB2B SaaSenvironments.
• You have a proven ability to writeclear, user-focused copythat simplifies complex systems and workflows.
• You bring a structured approachto content design — balancing creativity with consistency and compliance.
• You’vesuccessfullymanaged translations or localization projectsacross multiple languages and cultures.

• You’reacollaborative communicator, able to work seamlessly with Designers, PMs, and Engineers.
• You’recomfortable withAI toolsand excited about using them to streamline content creation and translation.
• You have akeen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for clarity.
• You are fluent inEnglish and German.Additionallanguages are a plus.
