As a (Senior) Sustainability Manager in our Product Management team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Sustainability Cockpit. You will work at the intersection of product, regulation, and customer needs to drive solutions that support organizations in meeting evolving sustainability reporting requirements.
Activities
- Drive the further development of the EQS Sustainability Cockpit with a focus on CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and sustainability reporting.
- Translate regulatory developments and market requirements into clear product priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver product enhancements.
- Act as a sustainability subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in Sales and customer meetings to guide prospects through sustainability reporting requirements.
- Gather and evaluate customer and market feedback to improve the product.
Requirements
- Professional experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or sustainable finance, ideally in a software or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and the European sustainability reporting landscape.
- Experience working with cross-functional product development and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into structured product requirements.
- Experience with ESG or sustainability reporting software.
- Experience supporting customer conversations, product demonstrations, or go-to-market initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies (nice to have).
Team
You will join our Product Management team, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate regulatory developments and customer feedback into valuable product capabilities.
