Private equity firms come to us with an investment thesis; we turn it into a live pipeline of acquisition targets - identifying companies that fit the mandate, reaching their owners directly, and vetting genuine interest before making a warm introduction. We're hiring our first CRO to own revenue end to end, bringing sales and M&A origination under one leader. TASKS Sales * Set the GTM strategy: define target segments, ideal client profiles, and the coverage model across the global PE market. * Direct pipeline generation across outbound, inbound, events, partners, and executive selling. * Set the standards for enterprise deals: negotiation playbooks, approval matrix, pricing, and commercial terms. M&A (origination) * Own the seller-origination engine end to end. * Define the qualification criteria and "accepted introduction" standards
