Develop and execute cohesive omnichannel engagement strategies that align Medical Affairs and Commercial teams for a seamless, personalized experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Utilize AI and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, personalize scientific and promotional content, and optimize customer engagement across all digital channels. Architect and oversee the evolution of digital ecosystems, including HCP and patient portals, to drive superior customer experience (CX) and scientific exchange. Drive launch excellence by creating agile, data‑driven content strategies that effectively communicate the product’s value proposition to payers, providers and patients. Ideal Candidate
Passionate about digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Highly experienced digital strategy and communications leader with a strong career in Life Sciences. Proven experience working with Medical Affairs and Commercial leaders across therapeutic areas and technologies. Fluent in English (oral and written). Enjoys dynamic environments and collaborating to align commercial and medical affairs digital strategies. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage. Qualifications
Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document management processes. Certifications in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM). Background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within Life Sciences. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Benefits
