We are a team of 130 cybersecurity experts that primarily advise DAX and Fortune 500 companies on cybersecurity topics such as strategy & compliance, GRC, security design & innovation. Job Title

Cybersecurity Analyst (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated cybersecurity solutions in the field of digital transformation, industry 4.0, and IoT.
• Process optimization and rollout for information security and product development processes (IAM, risk management, DevSecOps, etc.).
• Analyze and optimize organizational structures and security governance processes following established industry standards.
• Project and program management of cybersecurity strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

• Outstanding university degree, ideally in a STEM field.
• Hands‑on experience in IT consulting, ideally in cybersecurity transformation and implementation projects, gained through internships or working‑student positions.
• In‑depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures necessary for effectively protecting clients’ infrastructures.
• Ability to create and present complex business cases that align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals.
• Thrives in diverse, cross‑functional teams and international settings; open to travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
