As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will take on the following exciting tasks:
- Guiding our customers on their way into the digital future through the automation of complex business processes
- Independent design of RPA architectures and integration of the technologies into existing IT landscapes
- Independent coordination of our customers‘ requirements and coordination with various stakeholders as a competent contact person
- Implementation of customer-specific automation requirements – from conception and development to final testing and go-live
- Developing and expanding your knowledge in the use of advanced technologies, e.g. machine learning, artificial intelligence and cloud computing
- Contributing your experience to the further development of our guidelines and design principles
- Taking responsibility for your own projects or clients, as well as providing guidance to internal colleagues
Who you are
Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:
- Several years of experience and comprehensive expertise in the development of automation solutions
- Project management experience in a classic and agile environment
- Experience in guiding and coordinating colleagues in the development environment
- Knowledge and experience with RPA providers such as UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere and/or common low-code/no-code platforms such as the Power Platform
- Ideally, you also have experience working with AI systems or relevant programming languages such as Python or R
- A structured way of working, combined with a confident and friendly manner
- Willingness to travel (max. 20%) as well as flexibility
- Business fluent in German and English
