As a Digital Transformation Leader in Life Sciences, you drive client digital transformations with a focus on R&D solutions and pharmacovigilance. You lead multidisciplinary teams, promote a digitally-driven culture, and guide the adoption of advanced tools to maximize value. You provide strategic advisory on digital strategy and transformation, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and processes. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping transformed, compliant, data-enabled outcomes for clients and patients.

- Drive clients' digital transformation initiatives, emphasizing innovative R&D solutions in Clinical and Pharmacovigilance
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services
- Guide adoption and integration of advanced digital tools and platforms for maximum value
- Provide strategic advisory on digital strategies aligned with regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of experience in applying transformative system and business process changes in CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS and PV, preferably with Veeva Vault or equivalent
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Data & AI use cases in R&D
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Life Science with a solid industry network
- Outstanding communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
- Passion for shaping the Life Science industry and delivering client and patient value
