ABOUT THE ROLE
At ERC System, we are developing next-generation eVTOL aircraft and building the programme structures required to turn ambitious aircraft concepts into successfully executed development programmes.
As a Junior Project Management Officer (PMO) / Working Student, you will support our programme function in the planning, execution and controlling of our eVTOL aircraft programmes.
Working closely with our programme and engineering teams, you will help ensure that schedules, risks, resources, costs and programme data remain structured, transparent and up to date. This role gives you broad exposure to complex aircraft development while providing a hands-on entry into project and programme management in aerospace.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain and update integrated programme schedules, milestones and planning data
- Track programme risks, actions and decisions
- Support resource, capacity and cost planning
- Prepare programme reports, KPI dashboards and management presentations
- Prepare meetings, minutes and action lists and follow up on agreed actions
- Maintain structured and up-to-date programme data across engineering teams
- Support programme-management methods and tools, including EVM, risk tracking and resource/cost forecasting
WHAT YOU BRING
- Currently studying Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field
- Strong interest in aircraft development and project/programme management
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
- Comfortable working with data, schedules and multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and confident in following up across different teams
- Good English skills; German is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools is a plus
