PMO Global HR Transformation (m/f/x) in Düsseldorf

Your central role

• Contribute to PMO activities for the Global HR Program with multiple countries in scope and over 150 program contributors
• Support integrated steering and delivery assurance for the international, group-wide implementation of SAP SuccessFactors by maintaining the integrated program plan, coordinating governance activities, preparing management reporting, facilitating recurring program meetings and maintaining RAID logs and action tracking across workstreams
• Support transparency and decision readiness for senior management by identifying and tracking program risks and dependencies, coordinating the escalation of critical issues with the Program Leadership, and preparing decision documents for senior management
• Support financial tracking and business case reporting together with the Program Controller Support steering of the external system integrator, including milestone tracking and documentation of actions and escalations

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, HR, information systems or comparable field, with several years of experience in complex transformation programs in an international environment
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international matrix organization
• Good understanding in program governance, financial steering, risk/dependency management and executive-level reporting
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR IT landscapes (ideally SAP SuccessFactors or comparable), with the ability to support workstreams and external providers/system integrators
• Highly effective communicator with strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex program topics clearly to the Program Leadership
• Business-fluent in German and English
